Terms and conditions
Cards Matching: Find the Pairs Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the Cards Matching: Find the Pairs mobile application (the “Application”), created by Usługi Informatyczne Jakub Mateusiak (the “Service Provider”) as a ad-supported service.
Using the Application
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Please read them before using the Application. You may not copy or modify the Application or its trademarks, attempt to extract its source code, translate it, or create derivative versions except where applicable law expressly permits this. The trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights relating to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider or their respective owners.
Changes and charges
The Service Provider may change the Application or its services to keep them useful and efficient. The Application may include advertising or paid features. Any price or charge will be shown clearly before you make a purchase, and purchases may also be governed by the terms of the store through which they are made.
Device and data security
You are responsible for keeping your device and access to the Application secure. Jailbreaking or rooting a device can weaken its security, expose it to malicious software, and prevent the Application from working correctly. Information handled by the Application is described in the Cards Matching: Find the Pairs Privacy Policy.
Connectivity and mobile charges
Some functions may require an internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible when the Application cannot operate fully because internet access is unavailable or a data allowance has been exhausted. Your mobile provider’s terms and charges, including roaming charges, continue to apply. If you are not the bill payer for the device, you are responsible for obtaining the bill payer’s permission.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use the Application and for keeping your device charged and operational. The Service Provider is not responsible for loss of access caused by a device being unavailable.
Availability and third-party information
The Service Provider aims to keep the Application updated and accurate but may rely on information or services supplied by third parties. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider is not responsible for loss resulting solely from reliance on third-party functionality or information.
Updates and termination
Operating-system requirements may change, and you may need to install updates to continue using the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee support for every operating-system version. The Service Provider may stop providing the Application. If use of the Application is terminated, the rights granted under these terms end and you must stop using and, if necessary, delete the Application.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Changes will be published on this page, so you should review it from time to time.
